This room was a dream! It had everything I needed - air conditioning to keep me cool, a private entrance for easy access, and even an electric kettle for my tea cravings. It felt like my own cozy little haven.

I must admit, the air conditioning was a bit too strong for my taste. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

We stayed in a perfect location, just a few steps away from the old town and the castle. The room was cozy and clean, with a super comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and well-decorated, with azulejo tiling. The hosts were welcoming and provided nice extra touches, like a Nespresso coffee maker and complimentary sweets. We also had access to secure parking, which was a bonus. a great place to stay with excellent location and comfortable amenities.

There was some noise from the neighboring short-term rental property, which disturbed our sleep at times.

tricky narrow staircase access

Had a really comfy stay in Carcassonne! Room was spacious with a lovely balcony and big bathroom. Great location, only a few steps from one of the entrances to the old city. Loads of restaurants nearby too. Thanks to the host for making our stay enjoyable.

Staircase was a bit narrow, making it tricky to carry luggage up. Also, the sound insulation wasn't great.
